- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within our CRM database.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or services to meet individual and team targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
