Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Process transactions and maintain accurate customer records in CRM
- Meet/exceed performance metrics: 95% CSAT, <2 min handle time
- Collaborate with tech team to escalate complex system issues
- Participate in weekly product training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
