Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and account information into our database systems.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure high-quality records.
- Scan, copy, and file physical documents and digital files.
- Sort and organize paperwork and incoming mail.
- Assist with general office duties such as answering phones and directing calls.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
Qualifications
