Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently input data from various sources into our secure company databases and spreadsheets.
- Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before processing.
- Organize physical and digital files to ensure easy retrieval and maintenance of records.
- Generate and format reports based on collected data for management review.
- Assist in the transcription of handwritten documents and digital scanning tasks.
- Communicate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and clarify information.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client and company information at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; previous data entry experience is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 35-40 WPM).
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace if working remotely.
