Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues using CRM systems
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues efficiently
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for enhanced customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years in customer service or call center environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons
- Philadelphia residency preferred for immediate onboarding
- Must pass background check and drug screening
