Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complex issues using CRM systems while maintaining 95%+ satisfaction metrics
- Process orders, returns, and service requests with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement service improvements
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance client relationships
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and communication techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-contact environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce or Zendesk preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Ability to multitask while maintaining composure under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends (as needed)
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (for occasional client visits)
