Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone/email/chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve complex billing issues using CRM systems within SLA timeframe
- Process orders and maintain accurate client records in Salesforce
- Collaborate with sales team to upsell premium services
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols for healthcare clients
- Participate in bi-weekly performance reviews and training sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with Zendesk/CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills (Bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Ability to work 20-30 hours weekly with flexible scheduling
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities
