Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, returns, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems and developing effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required for immediate consideration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be available to start work within 24-48 hours.
