Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and emails with a friendly, professional tone.
- Process customer orders, inquiries, and service requests accurately.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Update and maintain customer databases with detailed records.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly performance goals.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- No previous experience needed; we look for the right attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills are a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
