Responsibilities

- Assist customers with product troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM database.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer escalations.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening and empathy.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services based on customer needs.
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and service protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; a college degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple windows simultaneously.
