Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and account management.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required; we will train the right candidate.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with web browsers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a desire to help others succeed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Reliable internet connection and computer access (if remote hybrid).
