Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on efficiency and satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product information, account troubleshooting, order processing, and billing inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate management or technical team to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service protocols and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Meet or exceed daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regarding call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Proactively identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within the scope of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, navigating web browsers, and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
