Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve billing issues and product concerns using CRM systems
- Process orders and schedule service appointments efficiently
- Document all interactions in Salesforce with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams for complex issue escalation
- Maintain customer satisfaction scores above 95%
- Participate in weekly training sessions for product updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license for occasional field visits
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
