Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism
- Organize digital files and maintain office databases
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and appointment coordination
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Support event planning and logistical coordination for youth programs
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate record-keeping systems
- Collaborate with team members on administrative projects
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and enrolled in high school or equivalent program
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Phoenix location
