Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism
- Coordinate office calendars, schedule meetings, and maintain appointment systems
- Organize and digitize physical/digital files using cloud-based platforms
- Assist with event preparation, including material assembly and venue setup
- Support data entry tasks with 99% accuracy using Microsoft Office Suite
- Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming reception experience
- Collaborate with team members on cross-departmental projects
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and enrolled in high school or recent graduate
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace and basic Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability (15-20 hrs/week)
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal communication skills
- Previous volunteer/work experience preferred but not required
