Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and digital record-keeping
- Support event coordination and logistics for youth programs
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate department databases
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and equipment maintenance
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management for team members
- Support basic social media content creation for youth initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school (ages 16-18 preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation to downtown Milwaukee location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems
- Must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA
