Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing and service issues with first-call resolution excellence
- Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM with 95%+ accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex account issues
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Participate in weekly product knowledge training sessions
- Identify upsell opportunities for premium service packages
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Professional communication (written/spoken)
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
