As the Weekend Shift Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during the Saturday and Sunday shifts, ensuring efficiency, safety, and accuracy in our inventory management processes. Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of warehouse associates during the weekend shift.
- Oversee receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations to ensure targets are met.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct daily safety briefings.
- Manage inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Coordinate with the Monday-Friday management team to ensure a smooth handover of operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
