Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory according to company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper training
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement inventory control measures
- Conduct daily cycle counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
