Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse facility safely and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery according to safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Pack, seal, and label products for shipment to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not strictly required).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
