Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect incoming inventory for damages and ensure proper labeling and storage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality goals.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of performing the essential functions of the job, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
