Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring accuracy and safety standards.
- Manage inventory by scanning, sorting, and organizing stock in the warehouse aisles.
- Package and label orders securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age to operate heavy machinery.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Kansas City facility.
- Willingness to work rotating weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) and occasional overtime.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
