Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift operations including inventory management and quality control
- Train and mentor 10-15 team members on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless workflow transitions

- Conduct daily safety inspections and maintain OSHA compliance

Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in warehouse or logistics supervision
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
