Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming shipments to verify accuracy and identify any damaged items immediately.
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas to ensure efficient retrieval and workflow.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring all packaging materials are used correctly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Assist in the physical counting of stock and updating inventory systems as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and scanning.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and overtime when necessary.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
