Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and emails regarding customer inquiries and technical support.
- Resolve complex customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high first-contact resolution rate.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and performance metrics.
- Proactively identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Proven ability to work a flexible weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating various software platforms.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
