Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee daily operations during the night shift to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction rates.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments and data.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Handle emergency procedures and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting to our Jacksonville and Georgia locations.
