Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Apex Digital Solutions with professionalism and empathy.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and technical details accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management while providing interim solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and product offerings.
- Assist in training new hires and mentoring junior team members to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory (we train the right candidates).
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
