Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update customer account information and maintain accurate records in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and resolve recurring issues.
- Provide product and service information to help customers make informed decisions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for the right candidates.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be available to start immediately.
