Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone during weekend shifts.
- Resolve complex technical issues and escalate tickets when necessary to ensure minimal downtime.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Participate in weekly team stand-ups and training sessions to stay updated on product changes.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Reliable and punctual attendance, specifically for weekend shifts.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
