Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, package, and prepare shipments for weekend delivery
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using digital tracking systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with weekend team to meet daily production targets
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Support cross-functional operations during peak weekend hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
- Reliable transportation to warehouse location
