Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products and materials to and from storage areas or vehicles using hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Sort, organize, and inventory stock on the warehouse floor, shelves, or yard.
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Package and prepare shipments for distribution, ensuring all labels and documentation are accurate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
