Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling equipment safely.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the WMS.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and workflow efficiencies.
- Verify shipment contents against packing slips to minimize errors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
