Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate 15+ night shift team members across warehouse operations
- Optimize inventory management systems and ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues to management
- Conduct daily performance reviews and develop team growth plans
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operational handoffs
- Utilize WMS software for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Valid NYC Forklift Operator Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Basic knowledge of NYC DOT regulations
