Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations, ensuring safety protocols and productivity targets are met
- Lead and mentor team members, providing real-time coaching and performance feedback
- Coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain workflow efficiency
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain detailed operational records
- Collaborate with day-shift managers for seamless transition and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with occasional holidays
- Forklift certification required (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
