Our state-of-the-art facility operates 24/7, serving major clients across the Gulf Coast. As a supervisor, you'll ensure operational excellence while maintaining OSHA compliance and fostering a culture of safety and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift team members, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of shipping/receiving operations
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and enforce workplace safety protocols
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
- Investigate and resolve operational issues during night shifts
- Prepare daily performance reports for morning management team
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Valid forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proficient in inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Available to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
