Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend staff to ensure high-quality patient care and operational efficiency
- Manage daily schedules and assignments for the weekend team
- Address and resolve patient concerns and issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as necessary
- Conduct regular staff meetings to align on goals and performance
- Prepare and submit weekend shift reports to the management team
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
- Certification in CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
- Proficiency in using healthcare management software
