- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive patient information
- Train on new data management systems quarterly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in medical data entry
- Proficiency in 10-key typing with 8,000+ keystrokes per hour
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Familiarity with EHR systems (Epic or Cerner a plus)
- Ability to meet daily productivity quotas without compromising accuracy
- Strong attention to detail with 99.5% data accuracy minimum
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional off-site document retrieval
