Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient appointments and schedules across multiple departments
- Manage electronic health records with precision and confidentiality
- Provide weekend triage support for urgent patient inquiries
- Assist with patient intake and registration processes
- Collaborate with care teams to ensure seamless weekend transitions
- Handle insurance verification and billing inquiries
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all patient interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare certification preferred
- 1+ years of healthcare administration or patient services experience
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic or Cerner a plus)

- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments
