Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in ER, Med-Surg, or ICU units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid assessment
- Maintain strict HIPAA and OSHA compliance
- Support patient education and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Active CA RN or LVN license
- 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- ACLS preferred for ICU roles
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun, 7am-7pm)
- Electronic health record proficiency
- Excellent communication abilities
