Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to our client base.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently using established protocols.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure high service standards.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and new troubleshooting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical helpdesk is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
