Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients during night hours, resolving inquiries via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the senior support team.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless continuity of support.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer support or call center environments is preferred.
- Must be available to work a full-time Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Proficient computer skills and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable internet connection (for remote/hybrid options).
