Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges with high accuracy and speed.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure operational standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.
- Adhere to all safety and quality assurance protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (40 hours bi-weekly).
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal software quickly.
- Strong verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
