Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Resolve tickets and respond to customer emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle order processing, returns, and exchanges within the weekend timeframe.
- Data Management: Maintain up-to-date customer records and sales logs in our CRM system.
- Inventory Support: Assist in monitoring stock levels and coordinating with the warehouse team.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads to address operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Schedule: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and email platforms.
