Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient admissions and discharge procedures during weekend shifts
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems with precision
- Facilitate interdisciplinary team communications for weekend coverage
- Oversee weekend medication administration protocols
- Respond to urgent patient inquiries and escalate critical issues
- Maintain HIPAA compliance standards at all times
- Prepare weekend shift handoff reports for weekday teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years healthcare or customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and EHR systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work weekends (Sat/Sun, 6am-6pm shifts)
