- Handle insurance verification and billing inquiries
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and regulatory standards

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CMA/MA preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or patient care experience
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic or NextGen a plus)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Weekend availability required (Sat/Sun 7am-7pm)
