- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory security.
- Monitor server performance and execute routine system backups and patch management.
- Respond to help desk tickets with a focus on rapid resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure seamless handovers during shift changes.
- Document all technical incidents and resolutions in the knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service oriented mindset.
