Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound communications via phone, chat, and email during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues and account inquiries for end-users promptly.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM database.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the Tier 2 team while maintaining customer trust.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve weekend support processes and protocols.
- Adhere to strict quality assurance standards and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer troubleshooting.
