- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with exceptional professionalism
- Process orders, resolve billing issues, and troubleshoot technical problems
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with weekday team members to ensure seamless service continuity
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product offerings and company policies
- Contribute to weekend team performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team
- Weekend availability is mandatory (Saturday-Sunday shifts)
