Responsibilities
- Handle High-Volume Inquiries: Manage a high volume of customer calls and emails regarding orders, shipments, and account status during weekend shifts.
- Process Transactions: Accurately process returns, exchanges, and adjustments using the CRM system.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the Shift Manager promptly.
- Maintain Data Integrity: Update customer records and shipping logs with precision to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Team: Communicate effectively with warehouse and operations teams to resolve delivery discrepancies.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or logistics support.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday on a consistent basis.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues under pressure.
