Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and escalations, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients to ensure a smooth transition and product adoption.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to provide feedback on product improvements and customer needs.
- Track client health metrics and proactively address any potential churn risks.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or technical support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection is required for remote work.
